We Can Help You Get Big Medical Bills Covered

BW was receiving outrageous bills from both hospitals and treatment providers following a motor vehicle accident.  BW had a stroke around the time of the accident, so his auto insurance carrier denied coverage under the clause of preexisting medical condition that caused the accident.  Our lead case manager was asked to obtain the medical records and discovered that there was no doctor involved in the case that could conclude when the stroke occurred; it was just as likely or even more likely to have occurred during or after the accident, or potentially as a result of the accident itself.  BW’s wife called the auto insurance carrier and explained that it was totally unacceptable to withhold coverage based on this diagnosis.  As a result, the carrier changed their position and covered the medical bills!
