Stress & Anxiety – How to deal with it

Stress & anxiety are so incredibly prevalent, and can be quite harmful to the body if not managed well.  We are built for stress, and anxiety is a normal response to danger and uncertainty (perceived danger), but there has to be an ‘off’ switch, otherwise the stress chemicals that we rely on to protect us can start to damage our bodies. This article provides a really basic explanation of how to think about this problem, and practical strategies to approach it.
